Raspberry-Jalapeño Jam & Grilling Glaze

Jalapeño peppers provide pleasant warmth which accentuates the distinct flavor of the raspberries.

Perfect as a glaze for grilled chicken and pork, it is also an excellent condiment for roasts and whole birds.   Serve it in place of cranberry sauce with holiday turkeys for an exquisite variation on tradition.

Of course, being a hot pepper jam, it also works well as an Hors d'oeuvre with cream cheese.
