KA-Ranch Texas Pot Roast

Serve on taco shells or tortillas with shredded cheese, sour cream, freshly chopped lettuce and tomatoes.

  • 1 (3-3½ lb) boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 Tbls cooking oil
  • 1 Jar KA-Ranch Wrangler salsa
  • 2 Tbls KA-Ranch Chisholm Trail Seasoning
  • 2 Tsp beef bouillon granules  

1.       In a Dutch oven, brown roast in oil.

2.       Combine salsa, seasoning, and bouillon and pour over roast.

3.       Shred or slice & chop to serve.
