No Texas pantry is complete without a jar or two of jalapeno jam.  Most know it as a dipping sauce or the perfect way to jazz up a cheese and cracker plate, but it has many other uses as well.  It also makes an excellent grilling glaze on fish, chicken, or even burgers!
