Tequila and Lime Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cups (12 ounce bag) of fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup KA-Ranch Jalapeno Jam
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons tequila
Directions
1. Combine the cranberries, juice, sugar and jam in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce starts to thicken, about 10-15 minutes.
2. Mix in the lime juice and tequila and remove from heat.
